We are ready to take on your project from start to finish! Our team takes care of all details through the design and construction phases, from demo to finishing touches.
GETTING STARTED
First, please fill out our contact form so that one of our team members can reach out to you and gather some additional information about your project. From there, we will advise you on which next step we think is right for your project, from one of the two options below.
Option 1
Free Design and Estimate
Send us some pictures and measurements of your space, along with any inspiration photos you have saved. View our measurement guide for tips to get us the information we need to provide a design for you.
Option 2
Site Visit (fee applies)
Schedule a time for one of our team members to visit your home to gather the pictures and measurements that we need to get a design started.
DESIGN PROCESS
After one of our talented designers sends you the initial design and estimate, you will be able to visualize your future dream home and have a pretty good idea of how much your project will cost. At this point, we will require a retainer fee to continue to make changes to the design until everything is just how you envisioned it. Your retainer fee will later be applied to your cabinet purchase and allows our designers to send you as many design options as you wish to explore.
If you are considering hiring our team to take care of your cabinet install and other construction needs for your project, we will provide you with an estimate for that portion of the job as well. In some cases, we will need to visit your home before putting together your construction estimate.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Before we finalize your design, we will visit your home to confirm all of your measurements. You will review all details of the design with your designer and you will sign an agreement for the selections and payment terms. Once you have paid the required deposit for your cabinetry, the order will be placed and we will update you on expected shipping dates. Once we have an estimated ship week for your cabinetry, we will be able to form a timeline for any construction work being done. Our goal is to limit the amount of time you are left without a kitchen or bathroom.
DELIVERY AND INSTALL
The wait is over and your cabinets have arrived at our warehouse! If you are working with an outside contractor, we will work with you to coordinate a smooth delivery to the job site. We also provide a detailed install guide so that your contractor knows how our designer intended everything to come together.
ENJOYING YOUR NEW SPACE
We provide you with warranty information for the products that you purchase from us. If there are any issues that require warranty replacements, contact our team and we are happy to help make it right.
